"I found your dealership by contacting an independent seller who is a 'friend of the owner' there, and had his bike on consignment. My wife & I came to Carmichael Honda Motorsports to see the bike knowing that if we were interested, we would be purchasing it directly from the owner of the bike. Angel in sales greeted us courteously as we entered the showroom. I have been in sales, so I informed Angel first off that we were there to see a bike, but if we bought, there may be no sales commission available for him. He knew the bike, and the situation, and told us not to worry, he was still "happy to help". He was, and he did. Angel was knowledgeable, & courteous and made our visit to CHMS an enjoyable one. "I found a deal in Auburn, but decided I wanted to support the local shops. I went to Roseville cycles website and the OTD price I saw listed was a $100.00 cheaper than Auburn, but when I went in they told it's not "out the door" it's "our terrific deal". I was pissed. "I first purchased a motorcycle (XL175) from Carmichael Honda in 1974. They were great then, and still are. I came back after raising my kids, and now have put 3,000 miles on my Honda CMX250C Rebel (2007) and about 1,500 miles on my partner's Reflex. I had a problem with my Rebel in the beginning, but Carmichael Honda came to my work and picked it up. The Rebel was fixed and back to me. Both sales and service are great. "
